NCNR Policy for custom work

Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable (NCNR) Policy

Thank you for choosing our engraving and embossing services. Due to the custom nature of our products, all orders are subject to the following Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable (NCNR) policy:

  1. Custom Order Process: Upon your request, we will provide a draft design of the engraved or embossed product for your review and approval. Once you approve the draft and place your order, the product is custom-made to your specifications and cannot be resold to other customers.

  2. Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable: All approved orders are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except as noted below. By signing this policy, you acknowledge that the product is personalized and agree to the NCNR terms.

  3. Defective Products: We maintain strict quality control, with every item inspected and signed off by our Quality Assurance team before shipping. In the unlikely event that a product is defective or does not match the approved draft, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or repair the defective product at no cost to you, provided the issue is verified.

  4. Customer Responsibility: Please review the draft design carefully before approval, as we are not responsible for errors in customer-approved designs, including spelling, layout, or design choices.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have reviewed and approved the draft design, understand the NCNR policy, and agree that the order is non-cancelable and non-returnable, except for verified defective products.
